Meals (table d’hôte)

In order to maintain the traditional flavour and ambience of your stay, we offer home-style meals (table d'hôte).

 

A large dining room with a wood-burning ceramic stove create a warm, cosy atmosphere.

 

A bar is also open for guests.

 

Table d’hôte meals, on reservation,
French, local and vegetarian cooking: 40 CHF and 30 CHF children under twelve years old.

• cheese fondue Les Diablerets
• cheese raclette (Swiss speciality), smoked ham and dried meats
• tartiflette (potatoes, bacon and cheese dish)
• vegetables from the hotel vegetable garden
