CANCELLATION FOR INDIVIDUALS.
The customer may cancel the reservation up to 14 days before the reserved date.
After this period, we charge 50% of the total amount between 14 days and 7 days before the arrival date and 100% of the total amount from 7 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION FOR GROUPS.
Groups may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 40 days prior to arrival.
After this period, we charge 30% of the total amount between 40 and 30 days before arrival, 50% between 30 and 20 days before arrival, 70% between 20 and 10 days before arrival and 100% of the total amount from 9 days before arrival.
